After completing foundation at Colchester, I had built up a good relationship with the technicians and new the area well. I just wanted to focus my energy on my degree and not worry about moving to a completely new place. Since starting the degree I have built my confidence up within my chosen area of ceramics and achieved things I didn't think possible. meeting new people throughout the degree to help gain more inspiration and ideas. The general atmosphere within the workshops is inviting and the head technician Martin is a ceramic guru and has really helped push the boundaries of what I can achieve.
