I opened Work.Life’s largest space in September 2018 which we set up for immediate occupation of over 400 members. In the first 6 months we achieved a Net promoter score of 60 which is considered excellent in the industry.
Customer Service focused, operational management, handling of sensitive information, events management, and strong communication skills both written and oral. My ability to respond to community enquiries across a range of platforms in an effective and efficient manner was shown through the 5 star rating the space attained on google.
Strong IT literacy skills in handling up to ten databases with six hundred records alongside each other as well as utilising Microsoft packages, Google workspace and Trello.
I maintained a record of all the finances which were recorded manually in a file of receipts and also electronically using Soldo. This was a daily task to assist the finance team and ensure that we remained in budget for the month which I monitored using a spending tracker. I routinely reported on such tasks to senior management.
I wrote the bi-monthly newsletter where I exercised my flair for writing with updates on actions taken from community feedback to implement changes to improve their experience.
My ability to consistently go above and beyond in a positive manner was commented on by one of the co-founders, Elliot Gold.
