I am a graphic and editorial designer with six years of experience in editorial design and layout, design for magazines and digital projects. I have worked mostly in publishing for both print and online outlets about fashion and lifestyle and with clients such as Harrods, Mr Porter and Wallpaper*.
Having joined design studios and corporate agencies as a designer and artworker, I am equally comfortable working on a PowerPoint template and designing for a magazine, although I most certainly feel happier doing the latter. I have a passion for editorial design and magazines and the projects that really excite me, are the ones I have to work with typography, photography and art direction, either on commissioned or personal work.
I have also worked as a freelance designer for creative agencies, where I collaborated with talented designers, photographers, copywriters, image editors and art directors on branding and identity design projects. I am currently looking for my next role and always happy to expand my creative collaborating with like-minded creatives, so please feel free to get in touch.
Projects
- RaportoMy best friend back home is an old school graphic designer, with no Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. I daily come across articles and stories and design things I know he'd appreciate, but there is no immediate way of sharing them (he's not great with emails either!). The idea for this project was to take all that and put it into a magazine, just for him. The title is inspired from our phone calls, where we sort of report on what happened since the last time we talked.
- IPSE magazineIPSE magazine is a publication for the independent professionals and the self-employed. For issue 58, I worked closely with the editor and the deputy editor on coming up with a new design for the magazine, which would give it a fresh look and feel without straying too far from the existing identity.

For this freelance project I worked directly with the client, who wanted to step away from monotonous B2B booklets and produce something that's easy to read, flick through (both on- and offline) while taking away some of the guide's key points. Their clients were fashion brands, with a strong social media presence and Instagram-savvy customers. I designed the 'Fashion Fulfilment in 2018', following the client's requirement for the use of white space and a design that would resonate with their fashion clientele.
