As a design futurist with 15 years of experience I analyze and identify influences and direction of the consumer mindset. More than simply identifying short-term style cues, I pinpoint cultural shifts that drive consumer actions in the long-term. This forward-looking vision allows me to observe changes in the needs and desires of the marketplace and guide innovation of products to meet those future needs. Each season I work to identify white space in the market and give direction as to design, color, material and graphic inspiration for our product to help reach the hearts and minds of our consumers.

•Direct, develop, manage and schedule a team of Color, Trend, and Design Specialists, Associates, interns, and temporary employees including interviewing, vetting, and hiring.
• Set calendar, processes, standards, templates, and documentation for the entire color, trend, graphic, and material design process.
