I am a conscientious, organised and enthusiastic professional with the ability to work well under stress and in small or large teams. I graduated from Monash University Melbourne, with a Bachelor of Psychology and Management/Marketing, before working in the travel sector (both B2B and B2C) focusing on digital and social media marketing. In 2014 I participated in MasterChef Australia series 6, placing third, during which I developed skills beyond cooking, including management of teams, attention to detail and impeccable organization. Since finishing the show I have worked with large hotels across India, Portugal and Australia delivering first class dining experiences, as well as conducting cooking demonstrations, classes, market and expo stalls and private catering. I aspire to expand my marketing skill set, coupled with my passion for food, in a well-rounded marketing role with emphasis on digital and branding.
