A highly motivated, ambitious and organised Senior Project Manager, with experience in Production and Art-buying, for international luxury and high street brands, with a hands on, can-do attitude, eye for details and great interpersonal skills, as well as a strong creative sense and passion for the fashion industry.
∞ Working closely with production agencies, post-production companies, talent agency, and wider parties. ∞ Leading and managing a team of six creative with everything they need to succeed creatively – assets, guidelines and creative stimulus. Enable creative excellence by fueling the process with intelligently filtered information. ∞ Maintaining client relations. (Including frequent travel to maintain client relations). ∞ Supporting client directors and head of operations ∞ Budget management and liaising with production agency to ensure smooth shoots that comes in within budget. ∞ Overseeing campaigns with VIP talent ∞ Pitching ideas for new business opportunities with existing clients ∞ Overseeing all creative deliverables with hawk-like attention to detail. ∞ Manage the day-to-day financial remit of the project including fee proposals, estimates and billing, MSA and NDA contracts.
∞ Production of all Digital Content for M&S Womenswear in-store campaigns, including preliminary research, creative concept briefs and project management of entire process. ∞ Management of the Digital Screens content and scheduling across all M&S Stores, covering over 150 in-store screens. ∞ Managing £200k per annum budget for M&S Womenswear Photography and Digital Screens. ∞ Creative art buying in advance of photo shoots including photographer, model and make-up artist bookings. ∞ Overseeing photo and video shoots as well as the post-production editing process to maintain M&S brand directions and quality.
∞ Coordinate and communicate between the studio, developers, clients and creative director. Making sure the communication is streamlined and deadlines are met. ∞ Project managing clients through a project range of web design; development, design work, graphic design and ecommerce build up. ∞ Managing the design campaigns and designers’ studio time to ensure on-time delivery for all clients.
