  • Working for Merlin Entertainment at the EDF, The London Eye as a Guest Service Assistant, means that my customer service and my communication to other individuals have to be excellent at all times. From this position, I help open and close certain unit positions, engage with customers on a daily basis and help them throughout their time at the London Eye, selling of merchandise and handling money. I work within a small team but also have to use my own initiative and work well on my own.
