¥ International project management working with venues, brands and companies to deliver projects on time and on budget. ¥ Recent clients include The O2, Formula E and The SSE Arena, Wembley ¥ Responsible for budget, commercial targets, artist acquisition, production, marketing, ticketing and overall delivery.
¥ Responsible for developing and implementing tactical and cross-functional event marketing plans for all ticketed events across The O2 campus. ¥ Solely accountable for maximising ticket sales and event attendance against commercial targets, including analysis and evaluation of ROI and management of all department budgets. ¥ Working closely with other business units to assess success and implement learnings, namely Digital, Ticketing, Finance, Venue Operations and Global Partnerships. ¥ Close partnerships with onsite Global Brands to deliver activations and contractual obligations.
¥ Responsible for developing, programming and delivering the entire entertainment and retail programme for the Olympic Athletes’ Village, for the 20,000 international athletes and officials staying within the Village during the Games. ¥ Solely responsible for creative development of the project, as well as all operations, recruitment, marketing and media relations. ¥ Original content included; live gigs, open-air cinema, pop-up entertainment venues, digital engagement project, and a ‘London Introduces’ programme for emerging artists. ¥ Managing a team of 12 reports and 60 volunteers, this role encompassed end-to-end project management and delivery of the £500,000 live entertainment programme, and the direct management of the existing relationships with sponsors and partners to provide 15 individual retail outlets, with an overall build cost of over £5million. ¥ Worked closely with all stakeholders (sponsors, partners, local authorities & LOCOG) to ensure successful contract negotiation and delivery of agreed programme to meet all expectations on time and on budget.
