  • ¥ Responsible for developing, programming and delivering the entire entertainment and retail programme for the Olympic Athletes’ Village, for the 20,000 international athletes and officials staying within the Village during the Games. ¥ Solely responsible for creative development of the project, as well as all operations, recruitment, marketing and media relations. ¥ Original content included; live gigs, open-air cinema, pop-up entertainment venues, digital engagement project, and a ‘London Introduces’ programme for emerging artists. ¥ Managing a team of 12 reports and 60 volunteers, this role encompassed end-to-end project management and delivery of the £500,000 live entertainment programme, and the direct management of the existing relationships with sponsors and partners to provide 15 individual retail outlets, with an overall build cost of over £5million. ¥ Worked closely with all stakeholders (sponsors, partners, local authorities & LOCOG) to ensure successful contract negotiation and delivery of agreed programme to meet all expectations on time and on budget.
