Graduating from Leeds Arts University in 2018, I went on to work as a freelance illustrator whilst also completing internships in design and print studios - such as Big Fish Design Consultants and 3rd Rail Print Space. Looking to upskill, and move away from working as a freelancer, I decided to go back to studying and did a graphic design course at Shillington College of Design in London.
Whether designing within the context of graphic design or illustration, I believe a good idea is the key to the success of every project and that this must be founded on researched understanding of your subject or client. I aim to create work that achieves a balance of both form and function; equally communicating that core idea or concept in a beautiful yet simple way.
