- LOEWE Craft Prize 2018The second LOEWE Craft Prize was held at the Design Museum in May of 2018. I project managed the installation of the exhibition, which showcased 30 stunning handcrafted, one of a kind pieces. Aiming to acknowledge the importance of craft in today’s culture and recognise artisans whose talent, vision and will to innovate will set a standard for the future, LOEWE Creative Director Jonathan Anderson conceived the initiative inspired by LOEWE’s beginnings as a craft cooperative in 1846. ‘Craft is the essence of LOEWE. As a house, we are about craft in the purest sense of the word. That is where our modernity lies, and it will always be relevant,’ Anderson has stated. British ceramist Jennifer Lee was selected as the winner of the 2018 edition among 30 finalists from close to 2,000 submissions representing over 80 countries on five continents. http://craftprize.loewe.com/

This is a client-side representative role, including Employer's Agent services, managing various large-scale contracts in Central London. These include: culture and heritage, high-end residential, hotel, commercial office, and retail projects - both new build and refurbishment.
• Leading external consultants to prepare designs and specifications to facilitate the project contracts; appointing contractors, overseeing instructed works, and managing projects risks through the approved contractual stages.
• Strategising project procurement, setting project budgets, initiating tenders, forecasting market performance, and managing financial paperwork.
• Delivering consistent quality management, inclusive of proficient document control, organised meeting scheduling, producing clear and well define protocols, monitoring programme deliverables and implementing training.
• Presenting accurate reports with supporting documentation on project progress to stakeholders and the wider project team.
• Providing a personable and motivational management approach to all leaves of the project team.

Assistant Project Manager

The institution is the world’s leading museum devoted to contemporary design. This role sat within the client project team responsible for the complex renovation of the GRADE II listed Common Wealth Institute.
• Developed trusted partnerships and relationships with stakeholders, clients, cross-functional teams, and suppliers.
• Conducted due diligence on internal liquidated catering contracts and assist in formulating the optimal strategy for maximising financial recovery.
• Coordinated the hard and soft service suppliers, contractors, and freelancers to deliver site-specific tasks, such as moving large installations off and around site, managing the gallery exhibit transition process, installing navigational signage and orchestrating the project plans for the two shops’ visual merchandising.
• Responsible for high volumes of reporting to ensure all defects, snags and procedures are managed, monitored, and documented accurately.
• Examples of exhibitions and events worked on include: AXA: Future of Health, Loewe Craft Prize, London Design Festival 2016-2018, Ferrari: Under the skin, Cartier: In Motion, Jaguar- Land Rover, Beazley Designs of the Year, Ferrari and Azzedine Alaia: The Couturier.
