• Day to day management of advertising campaigns across Shortlist's print, online and email brands • Receiving multiple cross platform briefs and creating accurate and realistic timelines • Liaising with content solutions, editorial and sales teams whilst continuously managing workloads • Experience across press, online ads, websites, micro sites, emails, videos, tablet and direct marketing • Attending photoshoots and assisting with the organisation and production • Overall management of the processes attached to creative commercial activity from the booking stage through to sign off, ensuring all campaigns are completed to correct timings and within budgets • Continuous communication with relevant internal teams and clients at every stage of the campaign process • Ensuring campaigns are invoiced correctly and on time
• Responsibility of looking after the Burberry marketing and creative team as well as individual clients, spread across a large number of distributors in the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions • Integral to the organisation and execution of major fragrance, make-up and fashion campaigns • Receiving multiple briefs/ media schedules, creating cost estimates and booking in jobs to studio • Following campaign guidelines to produce a vast amount of advertising across multiple channels including press, POS and OOH • Liaising with studio manager and heads of department to prioritise projects • Working closely with Burberry’s copy team on the translation process • Heading up face to face client meetings whilst continuously building professional relationships • Use of internal server CMD and sole management of clients own portal organisation • Leading print production with internal Tag print team • Responsibility of training junior team members and delegating workload where necessary • Capability of invoicing large sums of money on a monthly basis • Managing the smooth delivery from brief to execution, ensuring efficient use of budgets and deadlines are met
• Working alongside Project Managers producing packaging and POS advertising for global accounts including Crayola and Cadburys • Attending weekly Project Management meetings • Liaising with clients to process orders and oversee the production from concept to final design • Helping with the responsibility of quality control, ensuring all work is correct, is on brief and meets clients guidelines • Use of CMD • Assisting Office Manager in day-to-day tasks and administrational duties
