About me

I specialise in long-form marketing content such as blogs, web copy, press releases and articles. I am a published fiction writer and have degrees in both creative writing and dance science at a masters level. The former helps me to be engaging and the latter means I can research and conclude ideas from empirical data. Before having children I held positions such as PR and Communications Manager, Branding and Marketing Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager in various SMEs. Now I work exclusively freelance.   Soap Box article for Imbibe MagazineCommissioned to write an anonymous article complaining about an aspect of the drinks industry.
• Love Drinks WebsiteI was asked to re-envision the Love Drinks website. I designed and wrote the sitemap and copy, working with our web designer to develop a system for managing content.
• Information Sheets for The Bitter TruthAsked by The Bitter Truth to write tongue-in-cheek tasting notes for all their SKU's. These notes are now used in the information/sales sheets, and the website. The Bitter Truth are an international brand with a strong presence in the American and European markets.
