I have over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry and mentoring and I specialise in working with individuals and businesses in the creative and entertainment industries. I'm also a registered career consultant at the Career Development Institute (CDI), where I also serve as a board member.
My career and business advice have been featured in numerous press and media outlets, and I'm a top voice on LinkedIn for the film industry.
Outside of coaching, I am the managing director of Reflections Talent Agency, which specialises in representing actors for TV, film, and motion capture. I have built a reputation for providing quality, hardworking talent to productions such as Mission Impossible, Den of Thieves 2, Dungeons and Dragons, Operation Fortune, and many more!
I'm extremely passionate about career education and creatives. I have utilised my knowledge as a career consultant combined with my work in the creative industries to create two podcasts that aim to raise awareness of all the various roles in the creative and entertainment industries. The first is Inside Entertainment Industry Careers and the second is 5-Minute Creative Career Tips.
Through these podcasts, my goal is to provide insights that raise aspirations, encourage social mobility, and inspire individuals to enter the industry. In each episode, I explore my guests’ career journeys. Listeners will not only gain valuable career insights but will also leave feeling inspired and motivated by each guest’s unique experiences in pursuing their passions.
I offer my career coaching services for the arts and creatives, through Reflections Career Coaching and am also a speaker and develop bespoke workshops.
