Responsible for the management of paid search, display and social campaigns for a wide variety of clients, including Jessops, Sofa.com, Sage Financial Software, MTV, Comedy Central and Hagerty Classic Car Insurance. • Planning, creation & management of paid search campaigns • Post-campaign analysis, utilising Google Analytics, DoubleClick Search and Google Trends • Account & client management • Bid management & optimisation • Budget forecasting & management
Part of the in-house communications team at IGD, a food and grocery research and training organisation. Responsibilities include: • Digital communication – writing and editing content for the website and social media • Campaign support – assisting with the planning and implementation of IGD’s charitable initiatives, supporting pitches to journalists to raise profile of campaigns, engaging with MPs and their offices, assisting with event organisation, supporting the development of marketing materials • Event support - assisting in all aspects of event management, from planning to on-site support and post-event review • Media monitoring – providing proactive information service to the team on news and relevant issues, including daily review of newspapers and monitoring of social media • General press office duties – responding to media enquiries, maintaining accurate log of coverage, drafting press releases, managing press lists. Responsible for all administrative aspects of the press office • Supporting the creation and implementation of communication plans and campaigns, to secure maximum impact for IGD’s initiatives
