Responsible for business and personal activities including:
• Coordinating business requirements relating to the Director role of Production Company
• Liaising with agents and PR for contracts, proof reading material prior to press, project development and fact checking.
• Managing the contracts, logistics and handling of vehicles obtained through brand associations.
• Co-ordinating complicated diaries and logistics; scheduling appointments - personal and business with agents, PR, professionals for filming/TV/production/personal appearances.
• Arranging all travel requirements both personal and business including work visas and security needs.
• Managing personal finances in collaboration with the accountant and bank manager; preparing and monitoring paperwork/records and payments.
• Managing household staff including rotas, payroll, pension schemes and employment contracts.
• Organising events, social and business for 200+ guests.
• Project managing renovations on a 2 year property renovation; liaising with architects, building contractors, suppliers and designers.
• Acting as first point of contact; managing day to day office administration.
