    At KPP Search I am part of the management team based in London, however with an office in Sydney I am also required to manage the operations of our second office remotely.     My position as Administration/Team Assistant at Woolworths Company was initially a 3-month contract for the purpose of assisting with the migration of 20,000 contracts to an online database. During the course of this project I became the key point of contact for all queries in relation to the project, I was responsible for tracking the progress of the team, as well as overseeing two other Data Entry Assistants. The Migration project was completed earlier than expected which allowed me to spend some time working on additional projects. My contract at Woolworths was extended and as a result I was made accountable for further administrative tasks across multiple teams within the business, including but not limited to: - Design and creation of formal documents for Buying Support team including presentations and supplier handbooks - Stand in Personal Assistant duties for the Head of Trade Relations including email management and preparation of supplier contracts - Administrative support for both the Buying Team and the Trade Relations teams - Tracking and reporting on behalf of the Data Entry team - Supplier follow ups on behalf of the Trade Relations team - Team Assistant for ‘Country of Origin Labelling’ overhaul Project including collation and analysis of data, project tracking and scheduling of meetings
