About me
I am approachable, level-headed and articulate, with experience working in varied start-up environments and the innovative, adaptable and dedicated mindset they require for success. I am an open-minded, team player who recognises and encourages strengths in others. I build dynamic relationships with a variety of people and have consistently demonstrated an ability to listen and communicate effectively. Following my graduation from the University of Nottingham, I have used my initiative and self-motivation to establish a varied and consistently high quality portfolio of written content. This includes a significant focus on design, home interiors and property, in addition to travel, culture, food and the arts. I am eager to apply my current skill set (an ability to produce interesting and original content, which engages audiences and reflects the vision of a brand) to a new, inspiring environment. I eagerly invite new challenges and the opportunity to build upon the experience I already have. With a passion for words, research, brand identities and creative thinking, I have worked on varied freelance projects over recent years.

During the course of my undergraduate degree, I benefitted from the opportunity to develop my ability to think critically and analytically, formulate well researched and considered arguments and enhance my written style. I worked effectively both in a team and individually, to produce work of a consistently high outcome. My interest in home design was reflected in my undergraduate dissertation, which explored the impact of the Ideal Home Exhibition (it's audience and intention) on early twentieth century Britain.
