Supporting the Digital Marketing email team, my role involves: - Reviewing and testing all copy, assets and linking of the new Burberry.com emails in relation to feedback and making amendments before they go live on both desktop and mobile platforms - Completing all weekly marketing reports for owned channels - Reporting on individual campaign activity and performance and communicating to relevant stakeholders - Researching and collating examples of competitor content, marketing and experiences - Providing daily administrative support
Involved in the initial launch of a brand new start-up fast fashion website, Blue Vanilla, I actively helped to create and shape the brand identity and set the foundations in time for the website launch date in October 2014. In addition to this my main responsibilities included: - Organizing and creatively styling all studio photo-shoots - Attending seasonal product meetings and selecting stock for the website - Uploading products onto the website and creating SEO copy content - Re-merchandising the website frequently - Building brand identity and increasing customer following by monitoring and creating content for social media channels, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Using Hootsuite software where necessary to schedule posts accordingly - Attending PR events to build up brand awareness and establish relationships with bloggers, minor celebrities and other collaborative brands - Visiting UK production factories to select and order stock - Retouching and editing images for the website - Processing customer orders
Working within the E-Commerce department to develop and expand the sister clothing brands TFNC London and WalG London. My role enabled me to have ownership of the following areas: - Photographing new products in the studio and editing photos using Photoshop software to create cut out images - Writing relevant product descriptions and uploading products onto the website using the Magento platform - Continually merchandising the website, keeping inline with company bestsellers to ensure products appear visually appealing - Regularly monitoring competitor websites, ensuring that the brand is in line with similar retailers - Expanding the brand and increasing followers through Social Media, including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+ - Creating promotional artwork to be used for Social Media - Writing regular blog posts for the TFNC London and WalG London brands - Working with bloggers and liaising with the brand's PR company to establish new partnerships and build up brand awareness.
