  Winkreative & Monocle come to TorontoWhen I joined Winkreative’s Toronto bureau, it was a single cubicle in an ill-suited neighbourhood. My role was to create a home for the agency and Monocle’s editorial, retail and radio operations. From finding the real estate to soundproofing a radio studio to setting up a payment system for the shop, I helped to build what is now a thriving Canadian outpost.
