I have a love for mark making. Whether its drawing, painting or printing I think there’s something magical in creating an image that visually communicates something.
I have been drawing for as long as I can remember and even though at times I have lost my way, I always try to look back and remember how It felt to create something as a small child. As adults we often focus to much on the end goal, missing out on joy and pleasure to be found in making process.This journey we go through when creating a piece of art so special and is very important to me and my work.

I spent 3 weeks working as an intern for illustrator Marguax Carpentier in preparation of her show ‘In the heart of the whale’ at the NOW gallery in London in partnership with ELCAF. This involved painting sculptural pieces, assisting in the gallery install and running general errands. I also had the opportunity to assist her interactive painting workshop at Greenwich Peninsula’s ‘Urban Village Fete’.
