Responsible for content creation and a social media strategy across multiple European markets and social channels. I work closely with multiple teams to plan, execute and measure campaigns to build brand awareness, increase customer acquisition and support customers. My greatest achievements to date are the development of ticketscript talks and educational webinars which succeeded in engaging current and new clients with our brand.
This project was a pilot to get a new client on board. As Community Manager I was responsible for providing advice on Social Media best practices and creating a content calendar. The main part of the role entailed attending a four day conference whereby I posted live and schedules content about the client's stand and talks they attended, producing short form copy and visuals to engage event attendees. I was also responsible for influencer outreach and creating conversation with attendees in order to increase customer acquisition.
At Sei Mani I managed projects delivering internal social platforms across Virgin Media, Tesco and Arqiva. This transformed working cultures and collaboration practices. I worked with designers and client communication teams to create branded content, communities and micro-sites. I also acted as community manager, whereby I worked with influencers to build engaging communities and content.
Managing our stylists’ activity across Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr & Instagram, led to interaction with online communities and the creation of engaging content. I used Hootsuite for social listening and scheduling content. Relationship building with online influencers led to a collaboration with the fashion designer, Sef Farrugia, giving us organic growth and brand exposure internationally.
At Havas Media I analysed data on competitor brands of Miller Lite. My main highlight was working with the team to develop a campaign for One Direction, which reached 130,000 devoted Twitter followers in just one day.
