- Create a range of outfits for commercial and editorial briefs such as for social media, lookbooks, video, newsletters, blog posts and advertisements for magazines.
- Liaise with the buying team on new products coming through and making decisions on what to use for marketing shoots.
- Style and dress models.
- Style flat lay, still life, mannequins.
- Prepare products prior to model shoots, steaming garments and organising the styling area with accessories and shoes etc.
- Managing products for all shoots; transferring in and out of stores and the studio, making sure no stock is damaged or lost.
- Work with Photographer on set to direct the model and select the best poses/imagery.
- Reviewing and culling images to final selections which meet the styling guidelines post-shoot.
- Working to set deadlines, researching and contributing creative ideas.
- Work with the marketing team to think of new creative briefs for shoots.
- Searching for collaborations; sending emails and messaging people on social media.
- Create weekly mood boards for upcoming shoots.
- Organise and edit rails.
- Understand and keep on top of seasonal trends.
- Scout models, locations and props.
- Work with strict deadlines and briefs.
- Handle luxury products.
- Write styling descriptions and create attributes for the items going online (making sure I fully inspect what condition they are in, make note of any damage).
