Experience of working through stages 1 - 4 of the RIBA stages of work on hospitality projects. Completion of detail and tender drawing packs on AutoCAD 2D to tight deadlines; including GAs, RCP, HVAC, fire plans, licensing plans, DDA plans, lighting plans, FF&E plans, joinery, sections and elevations. Work on 3D visuals (using SketchUp) of the design and presentations (InDesign) for clients. Sourcing samples and contacting/meeting with suppliers and producing FF&E schedules for pricing.
