About me
After ten years working in apparel for different premium brands within the fashion and lifestyle sectors and most recently in technical performance sportswear, I have now set up my own freelance service in order to share my design and manufacturing expertise with global brands.
I have great industry relationships with suppliers based all around the world and have seen strong successes in taking innovative products to market that have been sold globally.
I have experience managing a design team and running projects to tight deadlines.
My most recent role was Lead Designer for Rapha in London - a cycling brand with a multitude of products and sub-collections. At Rapha, I directed and designed all of the women's collections. This included introducing the Women's City and Women's Souplesse capsules and setting up design strategies for these as well as leading the Rapha + Liberty project that has just launched for AW/2015 and will see a second season launching in SS/2016.
I left Rapha at the end of July 2015 (after a four and a half year long stint) to pursue freelance opportunities.
My bespoke service can offer expertise in the following areas:
- Strategic Direction
- Creative Direction
- Mood Boards
- Range Planning
- CAD Design
- Techpacks
- Sourcing
- Proto Development
- Production Support
- Critical Paths
- Project Management
- Copywriting
Contact me today and let's talk about a new creative journey together!
