• PA task for CEO and president of the company.
• Assist in comms for members, speakers and delegates.
• Liaising with third party companies for membership renewals, artwork, comms and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities
• Ensuring the appropriate comms were sent out to speakers, exhibitors and delegates
• Managing delegate and exhibitors bookings
• Organising accommodation for BCLA staff and speakers
• Raising invoices and ensuring they are paid within the payment term
• Help members of the association with any queries about membership in general or specifically the event
• Updating specific trackers (speakers and exhibitors) with the correct information
• Ordering Awards
• Managing the mobile app.
-Uploading delegate recourses such as programme and exhibition floor plans
-Ensure all push notifications are updated and are scheduled in correctly
-Adding extra sponsorship opportunities such as, product information pages and banners
• General management throughout the event
• Helping onsite at the event
• Experiencing a walk around the building
• Managing Registration (working with a badge/scanning company)
• Ensure sessions and workshops are running on time
• Assisting external staff to ensure they understand their responsibilities and tasks
• Being on hand for speaker, exhibitor and delegate queries
• Working with the venue staff to ensure a seamless experience for all
• Post event activities included:
-Receiving expense forms
-Managing distribution of Certificates such as, CET and attendance
-Managing and recording feedback
-Gathering data from the app to add to an exhibitor reflection meeting
