My duties include securing the rights to intellectual property, managing logistics for the film set and overseeing post-production tasks, including editing and video animation.

    Productions: I work directly with clients, talent, freelancers and the in-house production team to help organise shoot days. My role encompasses organising everything from crew to kit, location and more. I generate essential production documents such as call sheets and risk assessments, book equipment from our rental partners, hire freelancers from our talent hub, recruit talent and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I manage freelance invoices, job confirmation forms, Content Release forms, Freelance Agreements and NDAs. Project Management: I am constantly looking for how we can improve how we work, creating new company processes when needed. I am responsible for escalating any potential risks or blocks within a project to the right person. I know what’s going on and I am best placed to ensure freelancers are working on the right project and the right processes are being followed. I ensure that deadlines and milestones are being met and track resource allocations and costs against each project. Company Processes and Admin: I aid the Managing Director with studio management responsibilities, including recruitment, accounts and project management. I provide support to ongoing core business - from forecasting & brief to budgeting and project archiving, streamlining and implementing production processes. I am constantly looking for how we can improve how we work. I support new business and marketing ventures and projects, often producing them alongside the MD.
