  • Thinkers HQ is a boutique management & investment company with a current portfolio that includes an online and offline retail store and restaurant, an events company, a lifestyle PR agency and an online wine retailer and recruitment agency. As Marketing Manager, I work in the central team strategizing the comms for the business. At present, I oversee all the communications across the 13,000 sq.ft concept store known as Clerkenwell London, an online and offline retailer focussing on fashion & lifestyle, tailoring, restaurant, cocktail bar and events space. I also work with events company ThinkersLive on their current experience package 'Summer Sessions', I have been driving the digital content and the local marketing for their upcoming series 'Summer Sessions at Chiswick House'. Key Tasks Campaign and promotional calendar management - Creating and implementing promotional and topical plans in store and online across the retail and restaurant sides of the business. - Previous campaigns: Brunch at Clerkenwell London, Christmas – The Art of Giving, SALE, Valentine’s Day – The Pursuit of Love, Clerkenwell Sessions with Jodie Kidd, Clerkenwell Design Week, Summer Sessions at Chiswick House. Email management - Yearly content, welcome program, refer a friend initiative. - Creating content, building emails using Silverpop, reporting. PR - Main contact for two PR companies for the retail and hospitality section of the business. - Working with the PR to create blogger, press, and influencer hit list. - Be the marketing support for any press events/activity. Creative - Briefing, managing and approving all creative the business - Managing all digital and print execution. - Briefing and overseeing all photo and video shoots. Retail - Oversee all retail comms – new in, designer spotlight, sale. - Help plan creative calendar with VM team - Drive to commercial awareness to each pop-space within the retail area through partnerships. - Plan key trade and topical moments in line with key buys. Social & Blog - Currently operating on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. - Overseeing imagery, content, key influences for each platform. - Briefing two social agencies for scheduling and reporting. - Blog content generation, upload, analysis. - Working with agency to drive social strategy. Local marketing, business outreach - Locally targeting business through cold calling, office visits to consumer tastings and offers. - Maximising profile through Google Local activity. - Working with events team to create considered personalised events. - Re-targeting local communities to solidify regular business. Support corporate event activity - Ensuring every need is met with big organisations like Deloitte and Design Hotels. Process management & Reporting - Instilling appropriate procedures to a start-up company to encourage ‘best practice’ in the workplace. Display - Assisting with display advertising across all devices and within Facebook newsfeeds as well as native ads.
