- Establishing a reposition of Shiseido in the UK as an skincare authority in innovation with a UK only tagline roll-out across all touchpoints; Our Innovation, Our Research, Your Results.
- Raising brand awareness from 38% aided awareness in 2019 to 45% aided awareness in 2021 with an ambition of 50% awareness in 2021.
- Redefining the Shiseido counter experience with brand new VM execution in 2021 with Dalziel & Pow and launching a new gondola concept in Boots in AW20
- Managing 2 reports and leading the multiple teams on strategy and supporting on execution.

- Driving traditional and digital advertising plan from print, OOH, VOD, digital and display activity to a 23 million reach in 2020 with 25.9 reach in 2021.
- Managing 360 media partnerships with long-lead and short-lead titles; The Telegraph, Sunday Times Style and Stylist, Vogue, You Magazine, Glamour and Good House Keeping.
- Support national sampling of new product launches through print tip-ons, boxes and media sampling such as Glamour Beauty Cub and Vogue Insiders.
PR
- Increasing EMV value to £10.1m in 2019m a +255.9% YOY
- Conducting Media Audit with beauty editors for brand tracking, insights and opportunities to understand customer.
- Supporting PR to co-manage the influencer strategy of medium and micro influencers as an ‘always on’ strategy with external agency Tribe and talent contracts.
