My passion is being on brand, building relationships and creating great experiences for brands. I am confident working on projects from concepts to delivery on site and I understand the many moving parts that must be managed efficiently to achieve this. • Partnered with Monster Energy’s best-selling energy drink ‘BURN’ over the busy Summer period. Labelled as part of the in-house team to deliver BURN Residency, a Global DJ competition with ambassadors including Carl Cox, Pete Tong and Luciano. 25 entrants were selected to undertake two stages of boot camp over May and August in Ibiza, with the prize of a £100,000 management deal for the one final winner • Coordinated and managed contestants, logistics, transport, production, experiential design, assets and budget, both pre-event and on site • Responsible for logistics and transport management for the BURN Stage at Istanbul’s Big BURN festival in July
• Co-ordinated and assisted on multiple large scale, high profile event projects, including; conferences, brand activations, product launches, competitions, and charity run ‘Parallel’. Working with clients such as; UK Trade & Investment, PUMA, Facebook, Tangle Teezer, Lindt and Rio Olympics • Involvement in projects from planning through to on site execution, including managing an overseas trade show event in San Francisco, California • Strong focus on client contact, delegate and stakeholder management and customer acquisition • Liaised daily with all other departments in the agency, including; technical, digital, creative, finance and operations, to strategically bring every aspect of each event together and exceed client’s expectations • Contributed to pitch responses and winning new business • Demonstrated company values by remaining innovative and entrepreneurial, whilst keeping within client brand guidelines and adhering to agency procedures
