Managed creative and event logistics for UK delivery company Hermes and charity One Small Thing, which is a non-profit who strive for cultural change in the prison system. My role included leading OST’s website build, online registration process and app creation. Due to the impact the COVID19 pandemic had on the business, I was made redundant from July.
Built collaborative relationships with clients from pitch stage to delivery across a broad range of live comms projects. This included; awards evenings, large scale employee engagement events and experiential activations for clients such as Heathrow, The Prince's Trust, Lloyds Banking Group & Vodafone. Briefed internal creative teams and brought together all elements from strategy, content, digital, film to design within the overarching project process. Managed logistics, budget, creative output & production.
Produced international events within the digital, strategy and marketing industries, bringing together leaders for festivals of learning. Secured partnerships with leading industry speakers from brands such as Levis, Kodak, Refinery29, Google & Facebook, as well as exciting startups such as Monzo. Led content curation, speaker recruitment, agenda management, venue logistics, ran multiple events simultaneously and managing relationships throughout the UK, USA & Australia. During my time producing C-Suite events, I made a conscious effort to curate diverse speaker lineups and panel sessions within these industries that are typically under-represented and white male led.
Partnered with Monster Energy’s best-selling energy drink ‘BURN’ over the Summer period to deliver 'BURN Residency', the world's largest DJ competition in Ibiza. Coordinated and managed complex schedules, contestants, logistics, production, assets and budget, both pre-event and on site. Alongside this, I led logistics for the BURN Stage at Istanbul’s Big BURN festival in July & BBC1xtra charity event with Urban Music Development.
Co-ordinated and assisted on multiple, high profile event projects, including; brand activations, product launches, conferences, competitions, and inclusive charity run ‘Parallel’. Partnered with clients such as; UK Trade & Investment, Puma, Facebook, Tangle Teezer, Lindt and Rio Olympics.
