During November 2014, I completed a work placement at Marie Claire Magazine. My role pertained to the fashion department, reporting primarily to the fashion office manager, as well as editors.
My role was to manage the fashion cupboard, including handling all stock for upcoming photo shoots and organising the stock room. General tasks that I completed over the course of this internship included: fashion returns, dispatch collection and delivery, photocopying, filing, assisting the beauty department with the Marie Claire Award applications, data entry, assisting editors in any and all tasks, cleaning and general maintenance.

During September, I completed a work placement at Girlfriend/Total Girl magazines. My overall role was to assist any and all staff within the office, as well as completing my own mini publication including cover, feature story, curated fashion edits and entertainment quizzes.
Some tasks that I completed during this placement include: transcribing interviews, going to dispatch to collect and deliver parcels for editors, assisting the That's Life team with their weekly competition draw, draft copy for Total Girl December Issue (which was then approved for publication), implement efficient research processes, assist fashion editor with mock up preparation, maintain the fashion cupboard, organise beauty cupboard, filing, content writing, photo research.
