About me
I’m a freelance designer and marketer with expertise in email campaign creation. I work with new and existing businesses to create, refine or reform email marketing. Using a data-driven strategy, I combine email marketing with social and display advertising to grow brand loyalty and online presence. My ultimate aim is to bridge the gap between design and marketing to offer a fusion service which seamlessly blends the best of both disciplines. Through my business, Emmantics, I have successfully planned, designed, built and sent email strategies for B2B and B2C clients such as WhatCar, Citroen and London South Bank University. I offer print and digital marketing, strategy and art direction, combining the best of design and marketing teams in one professional. WhatCar - 16% email conversion increase - 18% average click-through rate - <1% unsubscribe rate decrease - 3 minute increase in page dwell time Go Response - Data growth by 16% - On site conversions grew from 0% to 4% - CTR increased from 4% to 12% - Cost of send decreased from £1.20 to £0.90 London South Bank University - Implementation and management of an email platform that is responsible for 250K+ communications per day and incorporates multiple faculties and users - Data base growth to include alumni and staff - Introduction of personalised/dynamic content to allow for triggered and appropriate messaging Imperial London Hotels Strategy and implementation to introduce email marketing to the business. To make this a success I began customer segmentation to allow personalised and appropriate messaging This segmentation is now used on-site and off-site to maximise the guests’ experience. - The data set has grown by 100% in 3 months - Unsubscribes have decreased from 5% to <1% - Cost per send is less than £0.01 - CTR has increased month-on-month to 4%
