About me
I care about tech for good and have spent the last 9 years driving the marketing behind ambitious scale-ups that are changing the game. I have worn many hats across marketing, growth, creative, and sales strategy, leading teams to generate multi-million-pound new business pipelines and building marketing-sales processes from the ground up. Most of my work has stretched across B2B, agency, tech, and startups. I am a data-driven marketing professional with experience across performance marketing, ABM, PR, digital, partnerships, creative and multi-touch campaigns, and building a brand language that cuts through the noise. I’m an advocate for closing the gender gap. Currently, my focus is empowering more women to join the tech workforce with Code First Girls. We have taught over 200,000 women how to code for free, but we want to go further. Our aim is to provide one million opportunities for women to learn to code and participate in the industry in the next five years, becoming the world’s first EdTech unicorn dedicated to women.
