• Develop/implement the marketing strategy for the UK. Speaking partner to international consumer groups. • Managing a team of international product managers, as well as cross-functional project teams including finance, supply chain, production, medical, regulatory, marketing intelligence and communications. • Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan for all ELAMA countries and identify business opportunities to develop the portfolio, services and brand presence in individual countries. • Drove the development of digital marketing throughout the organization, leading to adoption of digital strategies across all portfolios and integration into the corporate marketing strategy. • Identify and support development of new products and prepare international product launches including registration, production, supply, marketing and financial predictions. • Experienced presenter in a variety of settings and topics; to a mixture of audiences, including board members.
• Project management. Perform in depth market analysis to support key projects. • Regularly present portfolio results and project status to management. Interpret sales results and market dynamics, making recommendations to management for the production and modification of marketing activities.
• Handle day-to-day enquiries from the countries within ELAMA on the marketing of the parenteral nutrition portfolio; provide product training to new country product managers. • Consolidate and analyze the country quarterly financial predictions. Produce monthly sales reports relating to all products within the portfolio. • Develop international support materials in line with the marketing plan, producing agency briefing documents. Prepare/present biannual marketing meetings to disseminate the marketing plan.
