In April 2017, outside of my full-time role, I launched a platform called Ladies-who-Launch to help promote better visibility of women and to champion the amazing things women are doing every day. In eleven months, the Ladies-who-Launch community has grown to include thousands of supporters and thousands of clicks to our website each week. Since inception, I have worked tirelessly to retain our followers and to expand the brand outside of its initial following. I have single-handedly ensured we have delivered our communications to the right people based on data and demographics gathering since our launch. I am naturally creative and have put a huge amount of thought into every area of the Ladies-who-Launch brand – both in our online and offline content. Our social media channels have grown incredibly fast and are a testament to the accessible and relatable content I have created. Every element of our email and communication planning has been designed to combine what good looks, what works and what is true to our core values. Our first event, held in March, was rigorously planned to be the offline embodiment of our online concept and to help engage our online community offline.
