The ZOO strategically and creatively partners with Google’s top clients and their agencies to deliver MACHINE Sprints: Google workshops which use Google products to maximise creative impact and ultimately increase platform spend. · Lead on Financial & Services, and CPG sectors, working with Google Sales teams to identify and grow pipeline of brands with highest sprint potential, leading to cumulative incremental revenue of £5mn+ post sprint delivery. · Casting and leadership of ZOO sprint team, and relationship development with senior clients on brand side, to prep, develop and refine sprints based on brand’s specific comms challenge and objectives, to ensure successful outcome through incremental platform spend (via GMP, YouTube, Assistant, Daydream or AR Core). · Oversight of 25 sprints to meet target (attendance at 10), with average satisfaction score of 9.2 across brand and creative/media agencies.
Led and grew YouTube account over 3 years from social only scope to full service lead agency achieving £2mn revenue per year, top 3 billing account in agency. · Managed, developed and mentored direct Client Services team of 8 across YouTube, HSBC and Heineken, to achieve £3.6mn revenue vs target of £3mn. · Developed full service YouTube ‘Made For You’ brand campaign - achieved 3.2mn views of launch video, 5.6mn organic views of YouTubers’ videos and 2.5mn fan interactions. · Supported Head of Client Services in development of Client Services team through organisation of pitch and presentation training, and quarterly offsites focused on team mentoring and knowledge sharing.
