Coordinate the company critical path to optimize seasonal launch availability, manage menswear product categories to achieve smooth transition from production to shipment. • Negotiate with the department supply base to deliver better values, cost price and lead time. • Providing focused clear development direction to supplier base. • Attend sketch, proto reviews and buy meetings for the upcoming season(s) and note down any necessary amendments. • Send fabric/trim updates to suppliers once all styles are checked with design after the buy meeting. • Creating articles on SAP and ensuring master data is accurate and available in a timely manner. • Managing supplier base critical path updates alongside their sample submissions. • Manage the rebuy and outlet orders before PO’s are raised by the BAA. • Approving bulk fabric and trims. • SMU, managing special make up projects (from promo gear for our marketing team to DC Uniforms) • Assists in acting on trade recommendations quickly and efficiently • Understands key sales, profit and margin drivers across the business and the impact of my role on these • Proofing of catalogue and website for menswear • Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the business by owning and resolving any problems that arise.
• Working alongside Production team and assisting the Production Coordinator with all areas of production and sampling. Dealing with factories and suppliers to ensure that the critical path is adhered to. • Responsible for ordering barcodes for the department, placing rebuys and outlet orders and ensuring there are no weak links in the supply chain. • Ensuring good house-keeping on the department, filing and making sure SAP is up-to-date
