About me
Since graduating in 2008 with a 2.1 joint honours degree in Art and History of Art from The University of Reading, I have pursued a career in Experiential Marketing and Creative Events, working with inspirational leaders and brands throughout the UK and beyond. As the Head of Creative Resource at Creative Agency We Are Family, I oversee the teams responsible for client management, engaging live and digital events, guest experience, digital and graphic design, production and delivery of memorable, immersive event experiences for brands such as Facebook, Instagram and Kantar. Consistency, high standards, an eye for detail, exceptional communication and the ability to brief projects and direct teams are an essential part of my every day role. I am also passionate about helping individuals flourish in the work place; whether by mentoring, establishing learning and development needs or supporting goal setting systems and appraisals.

Working with brands such as Facebook, Instagram and Kantar, I oversee workflow, and resources of Creative Producers, Designers, Illustrators and Creative Directors - managing the teams that design, create and deliver immersive environments and events for brands. Taking time to understand the needs for the business and skill sets within the team is imperative in order to pair work tasks to an individual for the best business output. Communicating and nurturing rapport with multiple stakeholders, motivating and supporting the teams, proactively managing multiple projects and being commercially minded is essential to the success of this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage key stakeholder relations and internal team management. Plan and manage recruitment, resources and freelancer needs against projected workload. Creative education, guidance, coaching and team management. Pinpoint inefficiencies, devise solutions and educate the company via interdepartmental meetings and/or training. Mental Health First Aider; an approachable, listening ear to anyone in the company that may be in need of support.

Promoted within a year to manage, channel and schedule all creative operations and workload for the business. This unique role saw me working with multiple key stakeholders to best manage the resources, efficiencies and creative delivery for brands including BMW, British Airways, Google, Mini and Lucozade. Key Responsibilities: Management of creative scheduling processes, including team management, development and freelancer resources. Management of ideation and concept stages of projects and run brainstorms with Creative Leads. Work with the senior leadership team to forecast upcoming work to enable efficient project management and resources accordingly. Commercial responsibility, budget management, accounts admin, POs processing, finance liaison. Part of the TRO team that won Agency of the Year in 2018 (Drum Awards) and the team that won for British Airways, the Experiential Brand Activation at a festival or large-scale event of the Year at the Isle of Wight Festival 2018 (Drum Awards).
