Being the sole full time designer of this role, I was responsible for the production of all design requests for the five centres under City and Islington College. I was also responsible for creating and maintaining a coherent corporate brand.
I had a strong influence and presence in the directing of national campaigns, taking leadership in promoting the direction of the college brand under the marketing strategy. Design briefs were a variety of national campaigns, billboards, merchandise, cinema advertising, e-marketing, pop-up stands and designs for the intranet and internet.
One of my growing roles within marketing had been the direction and control over college photography. With the many events taking place, I had complete creative control over the images used, showcasing my flair for photography. My greatest success is the
re-invention of the student newsletter with a fresh, imaginative and creative look, that was commended for its impact on the student body.
