During my internship, I gained experience sourcing locations for shoots, liaising with industry professionals, pulling together decks to present to clients and creating call sheets. I also assisted on set for a four-day multi-location shoot for Superdry, where I took on the role of Production Assistant and assumed additional responsibilities such as being a point of contact for the client, working with the sound and camera crew and ensuring the shoot ran smoothly.

Volunteering at Oxfam helps me put my passion to good use. I take a garment from its donation bag to the online eBay shop. From sorting, photographing, listing, and packaging, I ensure that customers are happy with their orders and Oxfam’s mission shines through. In addition, I volunteered with the shop at the Glastonbury Festival this summer, selling clothes, organising stock, and engaging with customers. This fast-paced, customer-focused role strengthened my communication, time management and adaptability skills.
