About me
With a passion for fashion and luxury, I pursued my education at two prestigious institutions: Institut Français de la Mode in Paris and Università Bocconi in Milan. There, I acquired a solid foundation in management, design, and marketing, as well as a broad perspective on the global and dynamic industry of fashion, luxury, and made in Italy.
Since December 2021, I have been working as a RTW product developer at Balmain, one of the leading French fashion houses. In this role, I am in charge of the outerwear, soft tailoring and shirts categories for the men's and women's ready-to-wear collections. I work closely with the designers and the manufacturers, ensuring the quality, creativity, and profitability of the products. I also manage and update the collection data in the PLM system, participate in the fittings and the technical meetings, and monitor and respect the collection budget.
Previously, I spent more than four years at Berluti, another renowned luxury brand, where I started as a RTW product developer for leather and denim, and then moved to a broader role covering the entire ready-to-wear range. There, I was involved in the preparation and launch of the collections, the creation and maintenance of the technical files, the support and coordination of the shootings, the analysis and reporting of the sales, and the contribution to the budget tracking. I also participated in the Inside LVMH Program, where I gained valuable insights into the innovation and excellence of the LVMH portfolio.
Throughout my career, I have developed and demonstrated core competencies such as product management, supplier relationships, communication, and fashion marketing, as well as specific skills such as costing, product lifecycle management, and budgeting. I am also fluent in Italian, French, and English, which enables me to work effectively in multicultural and diverse environments. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a professional in the fashion and luxury industry, and to contribute to the success and sustainability of the brands I work for.
