Work experience and education: https://www.linkedin.com/in/enricofilms/?locale=en_US
I am primarily a filmmaker and videographer, and have a lot of freelance experience as a self-shooter, with extensive experience in shooting shorts, documentaries, music videos and commercials. This demonstrates self-discipline, reliability, and attentiveness, and I pride myself on my thorough and holistic approach, delivering projects and work that the viewers, commissioner, and I can all be satisfied with. Producing these types of projects has meant collaborating directly with contributors, respondents, and talent.
I have been the screenwriter, director, editor and producer for all my short movies. This diversity of experience allows for an efficient but flexible leadership style wherein I can bring out the strengths of my crew and cast to produce solid results in an supportive environment.
Believing in my ideas and having a strong will were essential in my continuous development over the past 12 years, during which I have attended several filmmaking courses where I have learnt how to pitch ideas in a captivating way.
I have a great eye for editing, which translates into a useful far-sighted perspective of the final product, ensuring that the viewer will be emotionally engaged and excited by the video, and aiding in the editor's workflow.
I have a postgraduate in psychology. This helps me both on and outside of the set, and has contributed to the development of skills for honest, open, and sensitive communication with people from diverse backgrounds.
I enjoy collaborating with a broad range of people; every role is essential and only through communicating and cooperating can be the best results be achieved. My experience with psychology shows how I relate to crew and cast through all the stages of production, and personal therapy allowed me to understand how I respond to stress and to adapt to challenges. Being a psychologist also means having a deeper understanding of marketing techniques and the structure of a good trans-medial product, understanding not only what works, but why.
I have been a gaffer or spark in art films, horror films, music videos and commercials. I have a strong passion for lights and lighting and I think it's the essence of good photography and cinematography.
I am a singer, guitarist, cellist and composer. My passion for music, both as listener and performer, helped me with editing and also with all the projects involving musicians, allowing me to understand their needs and bond with them.
I am also a photographer and an avid writer (currently working on co-created illustrated book). I would cooperate and assist writers and other creators, contributing to the development of smart and well structured trans-medial projects. I see myself as a versatile, solutions-focused professional who enjoys the challenge of finding creative ways to problem solve.
All considered, I define myself as a creative and eclectic person who thrives in stimulating and creative environments where other people share the same goals. I feel that London's artistic world pushes art's boundaries constantly, and that's why I am here.

- I love filmsA short movie that I have written and directed. With minimum budget and only one location (a studio), it was a challenge to imagine and create a short that could use the space as an advantage rather than a limit. I tried to use the passion I've seen in my fellow filmmakers and tell our story, also showing how shooting a scene works. So this short is enjoyable by both filmmakers and a normal audience. It was stimulating to write a movie with these limits, a short that appears to break the fourth
