Hello! I help my clients grow their businesses by improving the Management of the Project, Business Strategy, and Marketing Strategy.
My process starts off with research. Benchmarking, knowing where the business is at and investigating the market, user needs, and business goals. This helps me to create strategies to grow the business, to optimize the business processes, create user stories and customer journeys and get an understanding of the user. I use empathic techniques throughout my process to give the most value to my clients and to their clients.
While the projects I have taken on have been wildly different from one another, my goal has stayed the same - create authentic strategies, managing the people involve in the project and communicating the message to the end user.
