I do UX Research & UX Design to create new services for banks and non-profits. For banks I create responsive websites that help staff and customers view information and make transactions quicker and more intuitively. For UNICEF, I led a team of 10 to set up a national youth information service in Montenegro to combat youth unemployment. We piloted our services with 500 students and 50 companies, and conducted a randomised controlled trial with 5500 students to evaluate the impact of our service design.
We applied behavioural science principles to design gamified surveys for international organisations and multinational corporations - our most successful survey redesign increased a client's response rates from 10% to 40%.
I offered an economic impact visualisation service to lawyers. I created infographics to demonstrate the impact of border taxes on prices & trade volumes to judges - in EU and WTO court proceedings our clients were awarded up to $800m.
I delivered a comparative law service for lawmakers. I visualised differences between laws across major countries via graphs/charts. As head of the trainee’s magazine, I worked on layout & editorial.
I set up an infographic creation service for negotiators. For every law proposal, I visualised the law’s expected impact on world trade by extracting data from WTO statistics and designing charts.
