First I speak with users and observe their actions in the offline world. Then I design digital experiences that surprise and delight users online - and help them get things done in a better way. I work across the private, public, and social sector. My clients include UNICEF and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

I do UX Research & UX Design to create new services for banks and non-profits.
For banks I create responsive websites that help staff and customers view information and make transactions quicker and more intuitively.
For UNICEF, I led a team of 10 to set up a national youth information service in Montenegro to combat youth unemployment. We piloted our services with 500 students and 50 companies, and conducted a randomised controlled trial with 5500 students to evaluate the impact of our service design.
