I am a graphic design graduate and marketer with a body of work that covers a range of both client and self-directed briefs. This includes responses that integrate branding, layout, merchandising and hand-rendered collage. My studies emphasised a thorough research-led process and have thus developed an enthusiasm for strong creative and conceptual thinking. Essay writing and research work have provided an interest in the social sciences with a desire to extend practice to further marketing roles, social media and academic writing.

In my personal artwork I enjoy the use of antique ephemera, particularly from the Victorian and Edwardian eras. I'm drawn to anything with a visible history; battle-scarred things, aged and weathered by time. I often use symbolism to represent ideas, concepts and thought processes, heavily inspired by mythology, nature and religion.

Responsible for the development of the orchestra's print and marketing materials, including performance programmes, posters, leaflets and social media content. Involved frequent telephone and e-mail contact with sponsors, venues and affiliates, ensuring all appropriate information and representation was included to their satisfaction. The role also involved handling ticket sales and enquiries via telephone, e-mail and processing through Ticketsource, working alongside the engagement intern to allocate, contact and keep track of VIP guests. Other administration duties included providing events and ticket information to customers and patrons, identifying appropriate promotional outputs, and writing up events listings for online use.
