As part of the Travel Demand Management (TDM) team, I managed the creation of the travel advice pages for major events and works which would affect travellers on the TfL network. This included Christmas and New Year's Eve advice, festivals like Diwali and Lumiere, and London Overground's Gospel Oak to Barking line works. It involved taking complex technical information and turning it into simple, easy-to-understand content. I used RedDot CMS to update the website and CX Social to manage and schedule social media posts.
