About me
I’m a freelance illustrator, looking to start my career in the creative industry. My goal is to work amongst other creatives in a design studio or agency. Projects
- Map for The BellThis was a self-initiated project I started during lockdown. In Ticehurst there is a pub and hotel called The Bell which is very close to Bewl Water. While I was working front of house at the pub, many guests would ask for recommended walking or cycling routes, but there wasn't a proper map, so I started making one and then the owner of the pub thought it was a great idea, so he commissioned me to do it. - Book cover illustrationI have an ongoing commission for a set of three book covers, here is one, the others aren't published yet. I was so glad to be asked to continue this series with her. I have illustrated all three covers and some interior illustrations as well. For this project I had a brief to follow, so I worked together with Trudy Nixon to create the cover for her book.
- Brighton shirt design for GFW Clothes store.I was commissioned to design multiple repeat patterns for a clothes shop in Hove. Gender Free World is a clothes shop without labels. The shirts come in different shapes and sizes, regardless of your gender. The shop is based in Hove so I designed a pattern with lots of iconic images of Brighton and Hove, including the Pavilion, the pier and seagulls.
