Her passion is presenting and producing stories and documentaries that take audiences out of their comfort zones and has over three years experience in broadcast newsrooms, live television and studio production.

Our host Esta spoke to three women from completely different backgrounds to discuss how to maintain positive mental health while creating your own business. We also discussed ways in which you can find your niche in this fast pace world we live in.
- End of Year ProjectWe live in a society where so many people feel like they have to mould in to a certain way of life in order to fit in. Being a black person in modern day Britain may seem pretty normal on the outside however so many people feel like they can’t be themselves as they feel like they will be put into a stereotype before even finding themselves. Esta's final project, 'Black Britain, Hidden Lives' highlights the difficulties of being a black person in modern day Britain as well as creating a platform for individuals that are working hard to get their voices and talent seen and heard.
Her dedication to this project, including travelling, finding contributors, filming and presenting all contributed to her getting this award.
