Esteban is an award-winning Documentary filmmaker/Film Editor best known for his editing work of  "Pussy Riot - A Punk prayer" (short listed for a 2014 Academy Award), "Love Hotel", "Betty-"The Funkqueen Godmother", "Hunted in Sudan", "Deep in the Heart" and for his direction and cinematography of "The Trial of Saddam Hussein", "Saving Saddam", and "War Feels Like War". Esteban has also provided services as Editing Consultant for VICE UK, BBC, Mosaic Films, Point du Jour International, and taught at Universities in the UK, Mexico, and Poland. Crazy about making music in GarageBand, curious about how A.I will collaborate with film editors in the near future, "catching waves" in his little camera and helping new filmmakers grow.

I also completed 3 years of a bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Universitat de Barcelona. Then, one year on an Erasmus program to continue the 4th year of this degree at Queen Mary University of London where I specialized in Quantum Physics. After a short involvement with the Theater at the same university, I decided not to complete the science degree and instead embarked in a year of free evening courses till I found what I wanted to study: Film-making.
