Space privatization assistantNational Museum of Modern Art - Centre Pompidou

I respond to requests for space rental at the Centre Pompidou. I am in charge of the edition of estimates and the drafting of contracts. Then, I organize observation meetings in the various privatisable areas of the Centre Pompidou. I support the companies throughout the organization of their event and managed the technical appointments before the day of the event, with all the stakeholders. I am also in charge of the operational and administrative follow-up of the privatizations. I organise many events such as two big fashion show (for Koché and Off-White), some gala evenings (for Hermès, Rothschild or Femme Actuelle) and and various events, including an outdoor installation for Coca Cola.

I did some customer prospecting for the Pastry and Gourmet Fair.
I also participated in the communication of the jewelry brand FAB07 (writing Instagram workstations, contact of influencers, media contact, writing a press release). I have written a number of articles, in French and English. I also sourced a large number of guests for a private event organized by Renault Racing Club. Finally, I sought media partnerships for the travelling exhibition "Nés quelque part" ("Born Somewhere").
