- Zero Waste Charity DinnerLast year, I arranged and cooked a three-course dinner for over 90 people to raise awareness of food waste in the UK, made from ingredients that would otherwise have been thrown away. To procure the food for this meal, I rang up local cafes and supermarkets and persuaded them to donate unused produce. I also found a venue that was willing to allow us to hold the event, which raised money for Refugee Community Kitchen, free of charge.
