• Managing client account and developing an excellent understanding of client’s businesses, brands & processes, in order to get the most out of briefs and produce insightful, innovative and effective content.
• Conducting in-depth and robust research on client’s business and subject areas and identifying potential business opportunities. As well as, using current trends and technologies to turn client’s complex ideas into engaging forms of multimedia, such as written, audio or video output. Ensuring that all content created and produced aligns with the client’s vision and meets their business needs.
• Managing location production shoots to ensure they run smoothly and to schedule
• Ensure all project elements have the relevant legal documentation such as employee contracts, release
forms and NDA’s
• Leading and supporting several business and client related projects simultaneously, from the ideas phase
to implementation or delivery, ensuring efficiency & consistency in delivery & performance. Whist maintaining a detailed project plan for each clients account and projects, including: allocation of resources, timescales and flagging any potential pitfalls.
• Monitoring and reconciling project costs ensuring they stay in line with their allocated timescales and in budget
• Quoting projects plus liaising and negotiating with suppliers’ contractors and freelancers
• Writing and creating innovative and engaging ideas. Turning them into feature length screenplays, web series, short films and scripts that tells stores, captivate the audience and spread messages.
• Managing cross functional teams and communicating project direction and deadlines to both internal and external resources. As well as using collaboration services such as Slack and Trello to keep all stakeholders informed
